WorldStage provides a built-in A/V, sound, and lighting infrastructure at both Metropolitan Pavilion and Metropolitan West, including daytime and evening lighting environments changeable at the click of a button. Column and perimeter LEDs, dimmable track lighting, pin spotting, Leko template washes, and Yamaha DSR112 speakers over passive sound arrays are all fed by interior cabling to preserve a clean look. Roll-down projection screens. 43” LED TV/monitors, and HD projectors are also in place. Enhancements such as moving lights, video displays, LED walls, wireless audio equipment, and more are available. WorldStage maintains an on-site office and full-time presence at Metropolitan Pavilion.

RENTALS, DRAPE & FURNITURE
We can design your event and provide necessary furniture and rental items—tables, chairs, lounge furniture, Chinaware, serving pieces, and more. This includes sourcing and setting up specialty items like display cases and props to fit your event theme or help make your event memorable.
Our creative rental options extend to draping and linens as well. We offer a wide selection of fabrics and colors to suit your needs. Furniture and rental services are provided by our in-house rental department as well as using our partners Drape Kings, Party Rental Ltd., Taylor Creative, Inc., and others. IOT Networks provides Metropolitan Pavilion and Metropolitan West with a fiber core built on top of a Juniper network system, creating a robust network backbone allowing gigabit (1000Mbps) throughput within the venue and to the world.
The Wi-Fi infrastructure at both locations offers the latest 802.11ac standard, is centrally managed, and provides adaptive wireless meshing, auto traffic redirection, the latest security protocols, and real-time traffic monitoring.
IOT Networks will customize internet services for an event, and their engineers are onsite during every event to make sure any changes, questions, or issues are answered immediately.
